Gus grew up one of eight children in Berkeley, CA, attended Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, CA and graduated from Cal State Hayward with a B.A in Business, option in  Real Estate Finance Management. At CSUH—he was the President of his Fraternity and was twice elected to Associated Student body council.

A self-proclaimed ‘sports lover’, Gus loves all things basketball, water sports and dirt biking. These days when he is not selling real estate, he is the Men’s Varsity Basketball Coach at Delta High School in Tracy, or coaching for a program he founded – the Tracy Tar Heels AAU Basketball Program.

With the designation of CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), Gus represents both Buyers and Sellers in Short Sales, and works with bank asset managers to sell foreclosures (REO’s). Along the way he has received many awards, most recently;
